PLEASE NOTE: “WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS”. However, we stand by the quality of our work and offer a detailed exchange policy for our unique, handcrafted jewelry:

 1). Exchange Request Window:

If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@adesgems.com within 15 days of purchase. Timely communication allows us to provide the best possible service while maintaining the integrity of our handcrafted pieces.

 2). Return and Inspection:

Upon receiving instructions for return, ensure that the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition. Our team will conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt to confirm its pristine state before proceeding with the exchange.

 3). Processing Time for Exchanges:

The inspection and processing of exchanges take approximately 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item. We appreciate your patience during this period as we work to ensure your new selection upholds our standard of handcrafted quality.

 4). Approval and Crafting of Exchange Item:

Following approval, we will commence crafting your new piece. In cases of value differences between exchanged items, we will provide clear guidance for any additional steps required.
